How to buy
...three simple steps to make an order!
First – registration!
You need to fill in the registration form in two simple steps. The entire process takes less then a minute!
Then, you will receive an email with an activation link to validate your account – CLICK! and it's done.
Once our sales assistant accept the account, you will receive another email with a link to set your password. Now you have access to the full offer of HIGH FASHION
Second – address data!
To complete an order, wee need your full address details – both addresses for an invoice and for shipping. You can add your addresses on the MY ACCOUNT page in the ADDRESSES tab.
Simply click your name in the upper right corner of the page. Don't forget to gave us your full data – separate for the invoice and for deliveries. This will make the buying process easier and will allow us to send the goods to the proper place. You may have an unlimited amount of addresses – you are not limited in any way! Your basic data can be edited in the same place – just select the MY DETAILS tab.
Third – shopping!
First, select one of the four main categories – WOMAN, MAN, CHILD, and OUTLET. In addition, a set of filters is available on the left to help you find exactly what you need.
Then, select the product you want to buy – when you will click its name or the thumbnail, you will go to the product page. There you will find all the necessary information – product name, manufacturer, price, size, fibre composition and washing instructions. Once you enter the required quantity, click ADD TO CART and... it is done! The product is in the cart.
We have also prepared a great convenience in the form of "quick shopping" for our regular customers. What is it about? When viewing a category, you do not need to visit the page of each product individually – just use the + sign in the upper right corner of each thumbnail. Once you click, a simple form will appear, where you only have to enter quantity for the size or packages that you want to add to the cart. It's easy, isn't it?
Now you may continue shopping or go to the checkout. If you want to check out, just click CART in the upper right corner of the screen (you can also enter the discount code here, if you have one)
and then press CHECK OUT. In this last step all you need is to select the delivery address, billing address, and the method of delivery and payment for the order.
We approach each customer individually and we have many options for the delivery and payment for goods - cash, credit card, bank transfer, electronic payments and delivery by GLS, HIGH FASHION vehicle or plane after customs clearance. Each order may also be picked up personally at our agency in Rzgów. You can make a comment in the provided field. Once all values are selected, click ORDER, and we will do the rest. Our team will contact you via email or by phone – so it is important to provide real data.
Shipment and exchange
Orders which would be made and confirmed by our team til 1 pm would be shipped on the same day. In other case delivery is possible on the next working day. Orders which require prepayment are the exeptions-package will be sending after We will receive a confirmation of a transfer from your bank account or when We will find the full amount on our one. Most of the orders on a Polish teritory could be delivered on the next working day from the moment that our courier will get them. After that you will receive e-mail with package number and tracking url.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HIGHFASHION.PL
ONLINE WHOLESALE SHOP
1. The terms used in the rules have the following meaning
1.1 SELLER - HIGH FASHION Maria Gruszczyńska, ul. Rybacka 14/1 91-867 Łódź. NIP PL7261842753, REGON 471703774
1.2 KLIENT - company wich is engaged in an economic activity within the meaning of the 2nd July 2004 Act on Freedom of Economic Activity (Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] 2004 No. 173 item 1807 with amendments)
1.3 PASSWORD - string of alphanumeric characters necessary for authentication when accessing the account, set independently by the Customer during the registration process.
1.4 CIVIL CODE – 23rd April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] No. 16, item 93 with amendments)
1.5 RULES – these Rules of electronic service via an internet platform – HIGHFASHION.PL 1.6 ONLINE WHOLESALE SHOP (WHOLESALE SHOP) – online service available at www.highfashion.pl through which the Customer may make bulk purchases
2. General rules
2.1.The online wholesale shop which is located at highfashion.pl is used to make the purchase original selected clothing and related articles via the Internet.
2.2. Access to the offer is possible after data verification and use of activation link sent to the Customer via email. Each order received by the online wholesale shop is confirmed by an email sent by the wholesale shop team. A contract of sale is made at the time of confirmation of the availability of the ordered goods to the Seller.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to verify the customer via the CEIDG (Central Business Activity Register and Information System) and European Commission web service. In some cases the Seller may ask the Customer to send an email with VAT number or a certificate of registration in the register of economic activities. If the Customer provides not valid data, HIGH FASHION has the right to reject the registration and delete data from the system.
2.4. Purchases in the online Wholesale Shop may be only made by companies or self-employed persons. The basic condition for the realisation of making a purchase is correctly adding products to the cart, entering real address and contact data and selecting payment method.
2.5. We operate in accordance with the 29th August 1997 Act on the Protection of Personal Data. Accoring to the Act, our Customers have the right to access, correct or delete their personal information from our records.
2.6. High Fashion does not, under any circumstances, share personal information and email addresses to companies or third parties. The data is used only for the realisation of orders and Customer notifications.
2.7. Prices of products listed on the site are given in gross and net prices chosen in the selected
currency (converted by an averaged rate of the previous business day) according to the amount of tax applicable to the customer.
2.8. The goods are sold in packages (sizes) or as single products. The price listed on the site of a given article refers to the unit price and the price of the entire size. Available sizes are provided on the site.
2.9. Ordered goods may be picked up at one of the High Fashion collection points in days and hours listed in the CUSTOMER SERVICE tab.
2.10. Buyers who made an orders with delivery outside the Polish territory, after the accepting of the order, are required to make a prepayment to the indicated account. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the buyer if it is not paid on time.
2.11. Buyers who did not make the payment, in particular payment-on-delivery shipments, shall receive new orders only after making a pre-payment to our bank account. in egregious cases the access to our system will be completely disabled.
2.12. Pictures posted on our website www.highfashion.pl are the private property of the Seller and the copyrights to the images are reserved. Copying and distribution in whole or in part without our permission is prohibited and could be a reason for the lawsuit. All cases of unauthorised use of our pictures will be asserted in judicial proceedings.
2.13. Regardless of the selected method of payment, the free shipment within the Polish territory is covered by the seller, if the gross value of the contract exceeds 500 PLN.. The goods shall be delivered according to the method selected by the customer.
2.14. Payment for orders may be done in one of the following ways: a) cash in the presence of the courier – for payment-on-delivery parcels (only on the Polish territory) b) cash or credit card – personal collection at the point indicated by the Seller or the High Fashion supplier c ) electronic payment by bank transfer or credit card - in the case of confirmed orders for which the payment method is "online payment."
2.15. Online payments for the online Wholesale Shop highfashion.pl are realised by eService (www.eservice.com.pl)
2.16. Shipments in Polish teritory and abroad are realised by GLS.
2.17. For foreign shipments shipping costs and possible customs duties will be added to the value of the ordered goods. 2.18. For regular customers with large orders it is possible to deliver a "hanging" shipment at the expense of the seller by a special car.
2.19. The customer can not cancel an order with the SENT status.
2.20. The online wholesale shop accepts orders 24 hours a day every day of the year. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed in the order of their submission on the first working day, following the day on which the order was placed.
2.21. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order without complete address data. Orders will also be rejected if: a) the correct due amount was not paid within on time b) the order was not picked up from the pickup point within max. 7 days from the designated date of receipt.
2.22. For each order the Seller issues a sales document, which is a receipt or an invoice with the applicable tax rate for the Customer.
2.23. The order will be completed provided that the product is in stock or is available at the wholesale shop's suppliers. In case of unavailability of a part of goods covered by the order, the Customer is informed about the status of the order and decides how to proceed (partial realisation, waiting time, cancellation of the entire order).
3. Rules of using HF online shop
3.1. The Seller reserves the right to: a) change the prices and quantities of goods on offer of the online Wholesale Shop during the day b) withdraw of various products offered by the online Wholesale Shop c) introduce new products to the offer d) carry out and call off all kinds of promotional and sales actions.
3.2. Please consider your purchase carefully, there is no possibility of return. Only replacement is possible (see terms of complaints in 4.11).
3.3. The replacement process involves issuing a correcting invoice for the returned goods and the difference is settled in future purchases.
3.4. The contract of sale of goods is concluded in accordance with the Polish law and in the Polish language.
3.5. We do not accept packages from our Customers sent at our expense and as payment-on-delivery parcels.
3.6. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided on the website.
3.7. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned rules will result in termination of cooperation.
3.8. In matters not regulated by these Rules the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
3.9. In case of any disputed resulting from the sales agreement the competent court is the defendant's court or the court of the agreement's performance.
4. Terms of complaints
4.1. If the received goods are defective or inconsistent with the order, please contact our customer support first (phone or email is available at the "Customer Support" tab).
4.2. In order to submit a complaint, please download and print a special form. After providing the necessary information, please attach it to the delivery or give it personally to the sales assistant.
4.3. Complaints relating to mechanical damage to the package which arose during transport will be considered only if a complaint protocol is drawn up in the presence of a courier upon receipt of the shipment.
4.4. The Seller addresses customer complaints and notifies them about the results within 14 days.
4.5. Complaints are accepted on the basis of a proof of purchase (sales receipt, printout from the terminal, invoice).
4.6. The following are prerequisites for the Seller to consider the complaint: a) the goods are defected b) a copy of the receipt, printout from the payment terminal or VAT invoice was provided c) the sender of the defective goods received them with the return/complaint document
4.7. If the complaint is decided in favour of the Customer – highfashion.pl shall replace the defective goods to the Customer or if the Customer prefers the following - the Seller shall reimburse for defective goods within 14 days of receipt of the complaint to the account given by the Customer.
4.8. If the Seller does not have the replaced product in stock, the Customer shall receive a refund for the defective goods within 14 days from the date of complaint without shipping cost.
4.9. Complaints are only subject to hidden defects, resulting from manufacturer's fault.
4.10. The following are not subject to complaints: a) natural wear of the product b) mechanical damage c) any damage caused by improper use of the product d) differences arising from individual computer settings (colour, proportions, etc.).
4.11. Within 14 (calendar) days from the receipt of goods the Customer has the option to exchange the goods, provided that: a) the goods are returned by the Customer in complete sizing in which it was purchased (does not apply to goods sold by the piece) b) the goods do not show any traces of use c) the labels and packaging of the product remain intact.
4.12. All packages (returns, complaints) should be sent to our branch in Rzgów: ul. Rzemieślnicza 35, hala A-bis, lok. A-29, 95-030 Rzgów. The Seller is not responsible for packages shipped to a different address than the one specified.
4.13. Goods for which a complaint was recognised by the manufacturer may be received by the Customer within 90 (calendar) days from the date of the decision in a manner chosen by the Customer (shipping or debit card). After that period, the reception will not be possible.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. Customers can access the Rules at any time via the link found on the main site of the online Wholesale Shop.
5.2 The Seller reserves the right to introduce restrictions on the use of the Online Store due to its technical services, maintenance work or works on improving its functionality. At the same time, the Seller agrees to make every effort to ensure that these interruptions occur at night and last as short as possible.
5.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Rules for organisational, legal or technical reasons. Any change in the Rules will be announced by the Administrator on the online store's website at least 14 days in advance. For orders placed prior to the date of entry into force of the new wording of the Rules – the provisions of the Rules in force at the date of the Order apply.
